• if you are bringing any guests

• if you and/or your partner and/or any guests cannot be present

• if you and/or your partner are an approved standing Apology but wish to attend the function
  You will be charged for non-attendance if you have not apologised, unless there are extenuating circumstances acceptable to the Board, eg: accident, sudden illness, etc
